        Pest control quit coming. The people in the office never answer the phone. They don't wanna fix things but want rent on time. They promised to clean my carpets every lease renewal but didn't. Then turned around and charged me for damages to the carpet once I moved out. They changed the locks to the pool but didn't pass out any new keys. The office is locked before their business hours allot for. Apartment needs to be updated. Playground doesn't have a bench for parents. But on a POSITIVE note, rooms are very spacious!

        This property is run by slumlords. They cut off water to entire buildings without telling anyone, ignore work orders for broken, leaking AC units and faucets until they turn into serious problems and endanger their tenants with mold and fire hazards and they do not reimburse for utility costs that occur because of their negligence. Do not rent here.
