Not even a one star....negative stars should be allowed. Never had so many problems with one place in my life. Today topps it off for me and I will never use them for anything ever again. Went to the ATM and tried to pull $320 and the transaction was declined. I have the money so I checked to see if my card was locked (feature on the app I use when not in use because I have had fraud happen with this bank) the money is there and the card is unlocked, but for some reason it declined my transaction. About an hour later $320 comes out of my account saying I received that money. I sent usaa the receipt showing I did not. I was told in 10 business days I can get a credit while they investigate and the investigation can take 45-90 days. It's Jun 30 meaning they are about to be closed all weekend and half the work week...so 2 weeks from now I can get my money back. It's always something with usaa. They get business saying they are military banking. I'm a disabled army veteran, my father and grandfather are veterans as well so I have had usaa my entire life. Their insurance rates are higher, claims are an absolute nightmare, they fight companies on payments and take forever so many stoped working with them and their bank accounts aren't safe at all. They are absolute garbage and I wouldn't recommend them to even my enemies. Save yourself a huge headache and run from this company
