        Sat in lobby for 45 mins and not so much as a greeting. Made eye contact with two different tellers and two loan/account managers.. Horrible customer service.

        Walked in, I was greeted and acknowledged by the employees which instantly made me feel comfortable being there. I usually use the ATM but its nice knowing you can walk into the branch and get great service

        They charge $5 to cash a check of their own, better off just depositing in your own bank.
