Ive been going to Jackson a little over five years a loyal customer! Long story short I now have two boys, yes my baby boy still cries but oldest no longer doesnt, he let two guys go in front of me instead of being a MAN and letting me know he didnt feel like cutting their hair or whatever the case was. If youre a business man you need to be consistent and dont catch attitudes. Youre suppose to handle things decent and in order.

Great barbers there luke does a great job of running the shop.

I normally have a great experience at this shop. Today I went in for a cut waited an hour for the shop to open. The first barber gets there early. He had cut my hair before but I didn't not like the quality. I waited for the other barbers to arrive finally one of the barbers that normally cuts my hair arrived around 8:30. I asked him what time they open since I saw a lady run to his SUV. He stated 9am. I was the first customer there waiting in the parking lot so I felt if I went in at 9am that I would be in the chair first. After I saw an older got get out of his car and walk in at 8:40 I walked in and the old lady was in the chair. That blew me since he stated the shop did not open until 9 as he walked passed me. To give the benefit of the doubt I thought that since I was the first customer there that I would be second. Nope he put the other guy before me. Even after I let him know I had been there before everyone which he knew because he saw me when he arrived as well as his co workers saw me there before he arrived. I had woke up 2 hours before work to get a haircut and was not able to receive a cut do to time issues from this incident. I support the shop owner which is why I'm always willing to give this place a chance.The shop owner was not there. The guys response to me was I can't cut your hair outside the shop. If I could have came in the shop before 9 he should have just said that. Service: Fade cut
