The Bike Store

Thought I wrote a review from the last time I visited the shop, but I guess I didn't. Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service. Bill, Josh, Derek; everyone that works at TBSWR is just friendly and full of knowledge. To any amatures like myself - this is the place you'll get a legitimate look into... really, the culture of it all. Just took the new engine for a ride and made it a meager 8 miles, probably could easily get to 15 if I work on my cadence some. Regardless, it's a powerful feeling - thanks 'gents for making sure I got squared away. Be seeing you!

Had a great conversation with the store employees and Owner/Manager how many homeowners associations there that this full service bike store serves in Warner Robins while I was paying for a rear bike rack attachment to be installed.

Josh helped me change the tube on my bike, and actually taught me the process as well. He was very personable, helpful, and informative. I would highly recommend this shop.

They replaced a freewheel on my off brand e-bike. I love a shop that works on bikes not sold by them. They also did a great job.
