        Paid the price of Prime and the meat was cooked medium rare. However, it was tough like a poor grade of Choice. They are the most expensive in middle Georgia for Chuckeye. Learned my lesson... will drive to Cochran for a better quality of meat at a lower price. This was not a one time disappoint procuring from The Butcher Shop. Second time being disappointed. I don't think this is a full service butcher shop. My opinion is they do not slaughter and buy cryo vac Primal Cuts from a meat slaughtering house and cut it up

        Had a wonderful first experience at The Butcher Shop. Got some chicken salad, black bean salsa and wicked pimento cheese all of which was amazing. I will definitely be back.
