    Sometimes there is issue with service but that's with anything technical. But they are nice ppl. Never once have I witness them being rude or not willing to work with ppl. Hoping for faster speeds in the near future. But I do honor customer service.

    Really deserves a zero the wifi isnt fast at all it randomly disconnects and sometimes itll disconnect all day this is ridiculous and they need to do better its honestly not worth the money being paid

    Because this company has monopolized the area we have no other choice. I am willing to try and put this on the city council agenda as soon as possible, So this can be addressed. From the reviews and personal experience Watson cable CAN NOT deliver speeds for those that work from home. And lets face it, That is quite a few people since Covid. I worked from home exclusively even before Covid . But now that it is a rapid growing industry. We need to take a look at these companies that have created a monopoly in areas, and they simply CAN NOT deliver. What company can not fulfill High Speed Internet in this day and technological age? As well as not having a staff for troubleshooting or any contact that is not 24 /7 ? Internet services is a major part of everyday life in this modern time. And Watson Cable is not even on the back end of the technology. There is no working website, you can only speak with someone with very limited knowledge of the technology that they SPARINGLY provide. I have had his internet less than 2 months: as I just moved to the area from another city. And as fast forward of a city Warner Robins is becoming, I would expect better. And for a company that is literally stating ' You can ONLY get our service'! And they DO NOT bring outstanding performance with speeds, technology, availability , and customer service; Is a joke! A slap in the face; with were I decide to spend my HARD EARNED monies, that I will not be able to afford once I have lost my job and income due to Watson Cables inadequate service. Where do we go from here? Who is willing to stand at the council meetings or sign a petition to remove Watson Cable monopoly?
