        I booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday a few weeks ago with Shuntiuna J. (Shawn). To say she was amazing would be an understanding! She listened to what I wanted and had suggestions on how to improve my hair health (I have long, fine, wavy hair) and make styling easier for me every morning (bc who wants to spend forever doing their hair every morning??). I know it's cliche, but I feel like I walked out of there a completely new woman! I have already booked my follow on appointment...she has gained a loyal client!!!!

        Very racist & selective with customer service.P.O.C do not get acknowledged or receive the proper assistance pertaining products.Its quite disgusting for a company in this time and age. Better off going to Sephora or Dillards.

        We went in looking for a specific product. I was trying to stop one of the workers and she ignored me and my aunt. After we tried to stop her again and said excuse me maam she continued to ignore us and pretended to help another customer when they never even asked her for help. I wasnt upset but it was very rude not even being acknowledged or asked if we needed help.
