Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Temporarily Closed

Ordered food online to get there and be told they have no chicken tenders or nuggets that I need to cancel my order. If you do not chicken why are you open???

The food is always goodwhen they actually have it available. Idk if they just aint stocked right or if they just too lazy to cook, but they are ALWAYS out of something. Whether its chicken, mashed potatoes, fries, sandwiches, drinks. Why is a chicken place always out of chicken?? They been out of all drinks except sweet tea for like two weeks nowmaybe longer. I was just there and they was out of chicken sandwiches, out of tenders, out of the shrimp tackle box, out of fries, and the only thing they had to drink was sweet tea. Not to mention the wait is always way too long. I have spent 30 minutes to an hour waiting on food at this location multiple times. Ive been told to pull around and wait at the door for my food, sit there for 20 minutes, and then when I try to go in and see whats taking so long, the door is locked. Ive waited in the drive through which is blocked off with curbs for 30 minutes because they took forever to acknowledge one customer at the window while theres a line of customers behind them. Ive been ignored at the speaker after I asked a simple question because as soon as I pulled up the girl didnt say hello or anything. She just said were out of this, this, and this. So I asked well do you have this? And she ignored me after that and never responded while I sat there saying hello! The workers are rude. They always got an attitude. This one girl dont even wanna speak to you. I say hello when I get to the window and they always just take my card and then hand me my food without saying a word. I say thank you and they dont respond. I know she can talk because she took my order. Go ahead with your order and pull forward is all she says. Oh and their card machine breaks down a lot. Theres my rant. This store isnt even that old but the management sucks.

Corporate should have random "audits" where they pick a day & just sit, view cameras, look and listen to everything at this location. I've had a couple of bad experiences here. The drive through wait is always super long. The taste of the food, if they have it, is hit or miss. And as far as service goes, the nicer I am the meaner they are...kinda like they're offended that I'm being pleasant.

This place is always out of everything. Speaker don't work and the workers are not the most customer friendly! Been twice and both times left empty handed. Such a shame Popeyes used to be one of my favorites. Need new managers to get the menu items in the store. Will not be back and will make sure I let people know it's not worth the hassle!
