Don't waste your time trying to bring anything to this location. Just spend the extra time to drive to the landfill. I called and they said I could bring my limbs there and they had the room, but not 30 minutes later the rude girl at the counter said "dumpster's full" and basically told me I was SOL when I showed up. Multiple people sitting around doing nothing. It's a bummer that they're the only option when it comes to disposal within the town. Lazy, to say the least. Update: I didn't follow my own advice and ended up going to dump some stuff due to being in the area. $30 minimum fee even though I'm from Warner Robins. The same rude girl at the front desk "needed to keep my credit card" at the front desk while I dumped which is super shady and unethical by any company in my opinion. They should just hold on to a license or something. After I was done dumping and paid the ridiculous $30 minimum fee, I noticed she put I was from another county on the receipt. That's how they get around charging even though you're from Houston county. I'll take my advice from now on and won't be going here unless they go back to the way things used to be and make it actually affordable to dump.

Can't say much about the customer service... Spring cleaning happens, garbage cans get full. Sitting on a main road watching these trucks go by all day long. Even watch them park across the street and sit for some time. Take the time to request that they please empty my cans, nope can't do it. Call and request to pick up, nope can't do it. As much as I pay for garbage pickup it's not a big ask. Not sure if gfl handles the yard refuse but I guarantee that my yard trimmings sitting out by the road will sit for weeks before they get picked up.
