Southern Landings Golf Club

I have a membership here and also live in the neighborhood so we frequent the pool with the children. I have no complaints, pools always clean and the bar in the clubhouse always makes a good drink.

Wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere. The golf pro shop has everything you need. Great golf course in our area? The clubhouse is beautiful too. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend visiting and playing a round here.

Nice course. New cart GPS system is pretty tricky, cuts off the cart even on the cart path. Also very very very busy all the time. Not sure if the club house is over booking or people are just super slow, but regularly has a major back up on the course. I've quit by hole 11 multiple times because it was taking so long

Have had nothing but a great experience every time I've been here. Just recently became a member and bought the "unlimited" package. When I walked in the door Rich was very welcoming and friendly. I had a ton of questions and nothing but time, so every time a guest came in for tee time check-in I stepped back and let them get checked in and let Rich do his work, Rich explained I didn't need to do that and he would finish getting me done, I said no, please press on and get everyone taken care of. Each time there was a break Rich would answer and and all questions I had. He also explained in great detail everything about the course. I watched him work getting people checked in, answering the phone, ensuring a cart was available for everyone, getting range buckets for everyone and taking care of me. He was OUTSTANDING! I used the range, putting and chipping green that day and everything was very well maintained and the greens were phenomenal! You could tell that the range was swept a lot, and balls were not left out on the range very long. The course was very well maintained as well. Once I got out and played a round the tee boxes were good, the fairways were great, the rough area was very well maintained and the challenge was in-line with how your shot was, OB was well marked and the sand traps were very soft and had great sand. The greens were the best I have found in this area and people took care of the damages they caused when their ball hit the green. The Course Superintendent has done a great job with maintenance and the crew does a wonderful job as well. You can tell they are trying to improve the course also, lots of stuff being done. If you are looking for a great place to golf, this is it. As a bonus, you also get to use Southern Hills if you get the unlimited package. With this you also get unlimited usage of practice area, including range balls. Great place, great people and all the members I have come across have been very friendly, courteous and the pace of play has been great each time I've been there. The new carts are mind-blowing also. Built-in GPS helps all of us with distance to front, center and back of greens. Instead of having to use my phone each time I get to my ball is just great! Highly recommend!
