        This company has left the job incomplete,so only pay them when the jobs done.. Because they refuse to answer call or return them......2 -10 doesn't have anything to do with the incomplete insulation of the hood vent on ur end ..

From the hottest days to the coldest days, you need it up and running! Whenever I call KRUX, Anthony comes the DAY OF! He knows his stuff!! I really appreciate his promtpness.       Mr. Taylor, your package unit was installed in June 2023 via your home warranty company 2-10 HBW. That was 8 months ago. Please reach out to your warranty company with any issues you may currently have with your system.
