Speir went above and beyond! Miguel was phenomenal! Courtney makes sure you are informed. I will highly recommend them to anyone and will use again for maintenance on our system. I cannot expressed how impressive this company is. We have them service our units and all their technicians and office understands the meaning of customer service. If you need repair work and/or maintenance accomplished on units this is who you should contact because you will not be disappointed. Spier installed our new unit when our old one went out. We have the bi annual service. Everyone is GREAT! Any questions are answered quickly and politely. The techs are very friendly and professional. They keep me informed of how my unit is doing, and if any problems. The few times there was a problem, it was taken care of very quickly.
