Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The information you are provided is vague and they will direct you to another department for a simple answer.
I added my daughter to our policy when she moved in. The quote I was provided was inaccurate the first time. At the time there was two ladies working in the office. The blame game on who took the information proceeded for two weeks.
Our insurance suddenly went up. After going to the office to find out why we were told that all insurance went up across the board. The amounts did not add up. We were told to call billing. I would like to believe our agent would know why and how much our policy is. No letters or e-mails!!!
