Prime Medical Associates front desk nurse's are very rude and unprofessional. This is by far the worst doctor's offices I've ever been to. They over book patients for appointments. You would literally have to clear your entire day if you are coming here. You will be sitting in the waiting room for hours. Very poor service.

Dr. Patel and his staff are really nice and welcoming! He was very patient and helpful when I was having some pretty painful stuff going on and it really helped. I would definitely recommend him and his staff if you are looking for a really caring and nice doctor who is good at his job.
