        I was very disappointed with their customer service or lack there of. I went in on Friday to have blood taken so I could start my hormone therapy. They told me I would receive a call the following week to schedule an appointment. Two weeks passed and they never called. I called them the following week. They weren't able to find my paperwork. The person that could help wasn't there, but would return shortly and they would call immediately after she returned. They never called. Two weeks later I went to the office. No one was at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes. No one showed up. I called. The phone rang and no one answered. I have absolutely no confidence in this facility and would rather drive 2 hours to Baxley than to drive the 10 minutes to this facility!
