We listed my home a few thousand above the zestimate due to some upgrades. David was great to work with! Very responsive, always positive, but always looking out for our interests and concerns. It took a long time to find the right house and even when we did, the process was long - no fault of David, it was a long and weird contract negotiation.. LOL. But at the end of the process we got what we wanted and David was with us every step of the way. He always stayed on top of the contract extensions to ensure I did not lose the earnest money I put down and also to ensure we got the house we wanted.
