I want to personally thank Ms. Farland for all her help in the home buying process. She has been really helpful throughout the whole process. She has met us each time to look at houses, provided information onsite to help in the decision-making process. She has also communicated very well through each offer, with timely status updates. Been very helpful, along with a nice personality, and professional attitude. In my honest opinion, she would be a good relator for anyone in the community who is in the market for a home.

Carissa is fantastic. She goes above and beyond for you throughout the whole process. If you indicate you're interested in a house she's run reports, pulled comps, requested disclosures and all of this information is in your hands right after she's received it. I ran into an appraisal issue with one lender and she had two back ups available, aware of the issues we were facing with the house and ready to go same day. Any issue or set back she dealt with patience, class, and grace. While house hunting is stressful, working with Carissa was a pleasure and I will absolutely recommend her and use her again in the future.
