I started trying to buy my first home in Jan of 2021. I spent more than 3 years looking at homes and placing offers. In that time I dealt with five different lenders before being recommended to Kelton. I sent him an email and he literally called me 2 mins later and set up a meeting. He was able to review my information and get me approved for the Georgia Dream Down Payment Assistance Program. Kelton and his team were so easy to work with, so personable, and so quick to respond. Every time I needed a pre-approval letter, I had one within minutes. Every question I had, he had an answer or researched and found an answer. When I was feeling discouraged after being outbid on every offer I put in, he reminded me why quitting wasn't an option. He even made sure that I was taken care of while he was on vacation. Kelton really loves what he does and takes care of his clients. I have now been in my home 2 months and I am so grateful for Kelton and his team.

There are no amount of words that could ever express my boundlesss gratitude for Kelton Brown and his team for the professionalism, patience, care, concern, and dedication in ensuring that my husband and I closed on our very first home! It was a process that came with many challenges and hurdles however Kelton and his team helped us to overcome every obstacle with our best interest always at the forefront.
