Packers did not pack any of my belongings properly. Had to send a second team out to re-do the work of the first team. Wrote on our goods in permanent marker, team members openly complaining about redoing work, member taking the inventory was overly rude about having to be specific when it came to writing descriptions on his inventory.

When choosing a company for my cross country move I felt overwhelmed. I spoke with countless companies and brokers only to feel more confused and shocked by the price of the quotes. After speaking with Kimberly I immediately felt at ease. Not only did she come out to do an in-person quote, she was kind and empathetic. She listened to me, heard what I needed, understood my anxiety and was able to take inventory and provide a quote very quickly.
