My son is doing Invisalign treatment here. They are polite, professional and take their time with you while you ask questions. You sign in, wait a little, they call you back, check up on the patient and you are out. No time wasting.

Everytime i go, it is nothing but a pleasant experience! Everyone is always so nice and accommodating!! My journey is from Week 1 to Week 43!! They are amazing!!

Scheduling for a consultation was easy and the consultation visit was smooth. We were explained everything in detail and was given options for Invisalign vs braces. We were hesitant about doing Invisalign but after education we chose Invisalign. Prices were the same for both choices. Scheduling for follow up apts was easy and was provided convenient times. My son completed his Invisalign treatment in 24 months and we are pleased with the results. Payments were affordable for our budget. We highly recommend Dr Spillers for your orthodontist needs. Staff provides excellent customer service. Only issue was the facility did not send in the information to our insurance in the first year of treatment and this was noticed after inquiring about a payoff on the account. I realized we owed more than we should have so I reached out to the billing department. The billing department assisted with handling this issue and wrote the insurance portion off since it was a mistake on their end. It was handled quickly and we was happy with the resolution. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Extremely clean, Every staff member was excellent!! Dr Spillers is the easy doctor to talk to!! Answers every question and never seems in a rush to hurry you along.
