Was in line at the pick up my medicine no one was behind until I was up next I mean seconds before I was up next and the lady says I can’t attend you bc you are not behind the orange line when she saw me there waiting for 5 minutes ( she could of said it way before) and no one was behind me I was in desperate need of my medicine I was having an episode and there was a person behind me right when I was next who was not even behind the supposed orange line and she attended her first I felt like it was discrimination because I was a person of color. It was a blonde lady with glasses I will never be filling my prescription at this location again.

Sent in a refill request Friday night. It said it would be ready Sunday at 2. I still had refills available on it. No need to contact my doctor or anything.
But Sunday I head in to pick it up and they say they have no prescriptions for me at all. I sign in to my Kroger pharmacy account and show them that it says the scrip is in process at this address and it says it would be ready 4 hours ago. They insist on denying that I called it in in spite of their website clearly showing it.
Eventually they FINALLY found the scrip, asked me to come back in a few minutes.
I’ve now been waiting in line for 20 minutes for a pre-packaged medication that they simply need to print a label for. They have four employees back there and apparently they still can’t get this simple 3 minute task accomplished.
And they went to college for this. Talk about money wasted. Never coming back to this nightmare factory.
