Place has always been my go to for Chlorine. They sell the 2.5 jugs for $8.50 and its worth it to me. Always a friendly staff and never any problems even when I go and get the bulk Chlorine in the back. They trust me and I have been buying from them for 9 years and going.

Poor customer service which shows poor management... to make a long story short I had called 3 months in advance to schedule a pool opening and cleaning for a specific week due to a party we had scheduled for the next week. I called each month to verify that I was on the schedule still for that week. Was reassured each time I would get a call that week for the date and time. The week arrived and I called, I was then told we would be able to be serviced the next week. Which means no pool for our scheduled party. Disappointing and poor customer service to say the least. Was told I probably talked to the new girl and sorry. As a small business owner myself this speaks specifically towards poor management.

Extremely pleased!! Thank you Barrett for creating the perfect pool for us and for your patience.We appreciate all you and your team did to give us a beautiful back yard living space, we would highly recommend using mid state pools and spas, we had a few small issues but Barrett took care of them right away, thanks we love it!!

If you need a repair, dont hold your breath. I have been trying to get my pool light repaired for a week and a half and the service department has yet to respond or even acknowledge my email. Ive called several times and its always the same response our manager is working on a quote, they will call you in a couple of days. Poor customer service to say the least.
