My complaint is regarding the installation of the windows, which are very expensive. For the price paid, one would expect professional looking installation. A friend stopped by to see the windows and I had already noticed a few problems, but raising the windows and seeing screws did not look professional. Is there nothing the manufacturer provides to cover the screw? The center piece joining the 2 windows wasn't fit at the bottom. For the cost, I expected professional installation. Based on the end result, I would not recommend champion windows.

Jay Tarvin from Champion Windows stopped by today and went over their products for patio enclosure. He did an excellent job and their products seemed to be top notch. I was very impressed. I will be using their company for my patio enclosure.

Jamie and Champion windows has gone way out of their way to get the terms I needed to become a customer. I can truly say they have exceeded my expectations and I only hope the windows are as good as the experience I have had! Jamie was a great pleasure to work with and has a wealth of knowledge about his product.
