We cannot say enough great things about Simply Septic. They were a huge help in getting us ready for Fostering to Adopt. We called and told them what we needed and they were ready to come out the next day. They called the morning of and were here within 15 minutes. They were so helpful in telling us what we needed to do in servicing in the septic tank. We have already started referring them to our friends. Thank you again Slimply Septic!!

Holy cow! Absolutely the best service experience possible. They came out to help me promptly, called before they arrived, identified the problem, and fixed it quickly. The technician explained things to me, and gave me tips for maintaining my septic system. He only did the work that was necessary, and was careful to not mess-up my yard any more than necessary. The price was incredibly reasonable. If you are looking for an honest and professional company to work on your septic system, stop looking and call Simply Septic. Simply Septic, simply outstanding service! Leon and Devan did quality, professional work. I was in a real fis with my tank, Leon took my call and was on the spot when he told me he would be. Brilliant company and an asset to Watkinsville and the surrounding counties. We had a clog in our main sewer line and thought it might possibly be due to a full septic tank. We were without facilities and needed someone quick. We called anyone and everyone, with most companies having a 24 to 36hr. response time and the prices were very expensive. Not so with Simply Septic. We called at 10am and they guaranteed next morning service but said they would try to fit us in that day due to our emergency. By 3pm that same day they were pulling in the drive. We know generally where our septic is but they probed to find the exact location and determined the access lid within 10min. Not only did they find the source of the problem and fix it, they also determined that we didn't need a pump and wouldn't need one for another 5yrs. So back went the lid and the perfect square of sod they cut to get to it. You wouldn't even know they were there. After this I asked how much I owed them and they said no charge. NO CHARGE! Thoughtful response time, exceptional experienced work and fair, honest business practices. We highly recommend Simply Septic. Thanks guys.
