I went for a wisdom tooth coming in and have been in extreme pain for months. I explained this several times and I know aspen can take it out. I was told I have infection. We have two dental plans and I wasnt able to find my husbands ins card I was asked if I wanted to wait to do the consult(which meant to go over everything I needed to do) I asked was they gng to call me in something for infection or pain I was told I can take Tylenol/ibuprofen. Like I havent been doing that for months on the daily. So now I have to find another dentist that doesnt have to refer me out so I can get some antibiotics so I can have these extracted.

I've been dealing with Aspen for a couple years now, 3 sets of dentures, bottoms NEVER fit. Finally got denture implants on the bottom. I was told that I needed to pay 700.00 cash before I get my bottom denture . I never received a bill and totally forgot about the 700. Got my bottom plate and they will not snap on due to I have 4 inbuntments and only 3 holes on the bottom denture. I called for an adjustment on a Wednesday and was told to come in on Thursday at 9. Showed up and their manager calls me to her desk to tell me they will not see me. This is going on 2 months with not being able to wear bottom plate. I pay their finance company 256.00 a month for implants. Now they tell me I owe 3000.00 more! I pay their finance company and I have NEVER been late. So as it stands I have no bottom plate and cannot eat anything crunchy because when I chew the abutment slices my top gums so I eat a lot of yogurt. I have talked to their office manager several times and she has called me a liar twice!! The last time I was in there she made me cry and that's how I left. BEWARE..... THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE IN, NOT HAVING TEETH TO GO OUT IN PUBLIC SO I STAY HOME!! I really don't know what to do, I'm still making my payments even tho I have no teeth to where.
