John is awesome...he provided a great system for our church. We had a wireless microphone that was giving us trouble, John went out of his way to meet me after hours to take a look at it, within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem and repaired it without charge...outstanding service!!!

When our church was in need of a new sound system, we contacted several companies, as most people do. Fortunately, for us, we are located in Winterville, because that did play a roll in our decision. But, we were the benefactors of much more. The experience we had with Edmondson Technologies was superior in every way. They are obviously extremely knowledgeable, but explained everything to a group of people that knew very little in a way that we could understand. They listened to us and provided us with a top quality system to perfectly fit our needs at a very reasonable cost. But beyond that, they are very personable, easy to talk to and accessible. The "after the sale" customer service is second to none. We never get the feeling that we are being a nuisance when we call them, mostly due to user error, because they truly care about their work and their customers. I would highly recommend that before you have a system installed, you contact Edmondson and give them an opportunity to serve you as they have us.
