        We moved from south Florida and found this property via a sister site we lived at in south Florida. We came up to view & signed our lease right away. We were highly impressed! This place has been absolutely amazing to us and the office staff is the BEST! The staff truly cares and it shows with how well everything is kept and how friendly they are. It is never just a Hi- its hows everything, whats going on with the family! As a stay at home mom new to the area I always feel safe and love taking my child out for walks ! I cant say just one person is my favorite because they all are !! Also I cant forget to mention if something needs fixing its always taken care of fast. Your favorite little tenant Brooklyn

        I loved the apartments, but the management not so much. I sent over my personal information to these people (DOMINIC) and never got a call back or an update pertaining to my application. I have a right to know where my personal information is being submitted. WHETHER I GOT ACCEPTED OR NOT. That is very unprofessional and I was asked if I had a job, why would I walk into a complex looking to apply and not have a job. Management plays a big part in where I will live so judging me because I look a particular way isn't professional at all. I really wish I had of recorded him.

        Park 9 put a towing notice on my trailer. Its been parked in the back by the dumpster for 9 months and now out of nowhere trailers aren't allowed. My lease mentions nothing about no trailers allowed
