Came in around 2022 and loved the place, but then I had the most noisiest upstairs neighbors that apparently have gym equipment in the living room. For almost 2 years I have been having issues with my water bill not reflecting my actual usage. The bill kept climbing to $150 before the leasing office agreed on a set price (still too much according to what I use) due to it being too expensive to call Conservice. The regional manager was suppose to call me 2 weeks ago after I received a nasty attitude from one of the leasing office people, and I'm still waiting. They are refusing to fix this and next I'm going to BBB.

After renting properties across 6 states and over 20 cities, including Florida and Texas - A word of caution from a Resident: There are many hidden fees and they fluctuate drastically and without notice. Management is not supportive of correcting concerns. Moving is always a rather large decision, especially relocating from out of state. Renters Beware!

Do not be deceived. I went to look at this property with my mother. We asked Jennifer if we get the admin fee back and were told by Jennifer that if we do not move into The Place, the administration fee of $250 will be fully refunded. I am assuming that is a lie since it has been almost three weeks, and my mom has been calling, leaving messages, and still does not get a response or have the admin money back. My mom was approved, has an impeccable rental history, and a very high credit score, but they wanted an $1800 deposit for her to move in. Something that I thought was very excessive since her monthly rent was going to be a fraction of that. So unless you are 100% sure you want to live here and are ok with a $1800 deposit, I would seek out another place to live. I'm not sure how they can legally charge a $250 admin fee on top of a $100 application fee. I can only assume this is a money-making scheme to get more money and have no real intention of renting to a big portion of applicants. If they have 10 applicants a week, that is 10k in administration fees. I will be reaching out to the BBB unless my mom is refunded.
