I highly recommend choosing another company if you have a lot of damage. If your damage requires a demolition, go elsewhere. This company is poor at managing your personal circumstances and only care about their schedules and do not work with you well at all. They simply want to show up for a demo when it is best for them, provide you less than a 24 hour notice and demo as much as possible to maximize what they can bill your insurance company! They will not even put in writing with you what needs to be demod. And, forget it if you have to move out of your home because their communication is week and rude at times! Be careful using this company!! In response to the owners comments, it is all completely inaccurate which further explains what liars and poor service this company is all about. For any potential customer, I highly recommend avoiding this company because their response is entirely false and comical that they would even respond accordingly! Horrible company to work with! During a situation where you house is flooded, it is stressful. I was so thankful to, The Remediation Team for their fast response. They made the process less stressful by handling their part. We had a busted pipe in our master bathroom and it flooded the whole house, The Remediation Team came in an saved the day!! They were very professional an took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up an that no water was left sitting on my floors to cause mold later. They were extremely efficient an nice. If you are ever in need for any water damage restoration The Remediation Team is who you need to call. I will be using them for any further needs I come across. After experiencing major water damage to my house from a simple roof replacement this team was hired by the roofing company. We had just brought out 25 week micro preemie twins home from the NICU and within a month we experienced total hell! Only for the company that should relieve stress only cause more stress! Let me start with weve been out of our home for 3 months due to mitigation, and rebuild. We were going to go with this company for the rebuild as they did the mitigation but after waiting 3 weeks for a estimate which is completely unacceptable and being told Im inconsiderate and simply just putting our job on hold to assist other clients not to mention the women in the office (Hailey mainly and another lady) hanging up the phone in my face and being extremely rude to me. Then when my wife calls the entire story chances. Once they realized they were about to lose a major job and have a negative feedback they went so far to have the CEO call us to try and get us to stay. We decided to pull our contract with them. I personally had never worked with them, Tyler & His crew came out that day to assist the job. They were very nice and attentive however when it came time to start the job did not secure anything. We had our entire house packed out until repairs were completed but some items could not be packed out they were left behind, Tyler and his crew did not secure a thing nor did they clean up a thing afterwards. We literally had sawdust, insulation, pieces of drywall EVERYWHERE and we still are finding it falling out of all sores of places. Lamps, boxes, attic door I mean everywhere. Even after our rebuild is coming to a close. Trust me I have pictures of some of this. Personally I would NEVER recommend this company because they are just simply unprofessional to me and in a time that could be very stressful and overwhelming to anyone let along a mother who just brought her NICU twins home they did not and I repeat did not ease my stress, they only added stress. I have call logs etc of how many times they actually called me to assist me, I can count on 1 hand and they had been in my home from Sept 1st to Sept 23rd! Dont waste your time with the family owned storm chasing company. They also refused to release photos of our house because we pulled our contract and threatened a lien on my house if the balance was paid knowing this was a insurance claim and they had all details to cover the payment. Not to mention them cutting my water line and not letting me know. They turned my water off and wasnt gonna turn it back on then gonna say oh yea we cut your water line we have to get a plumber out here. They also cut my refrigerator line too!
