    Kays in Woodstock Ga at the outlet mall is a fantastic store and I this is the only place I will shop for jewelry. If you are in the market for jewelry, this is the place to do business! I bought a ring with a warranty and one of my diamonds came out. I was 6 days past my inspection period for the ring, so it should have cost me money to fix it. The Store Manager Jessica Angles was nice enough to take care of my ring with no additional charge. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of her help and I will continue to shop there. Great job!

    John was so helpful! He talked to me and my fianc for a long time about the style ring I wanted and helped us learn about payment options and make a wishlist. He even helped my fiance look at different necklaces, and to top it off. It looks like he might be the reason my man gets his nose piercing Ive been begging him to get for 3 years! Lol. He was awesome and personable and made us feel comfortable and he was knowledgeable about all the inventory, like brands and designers and prices! We will be back in May for that day he told us about and be back for our rings for our special day! THANKS JOHN!!!!

    If you have another option to buy a ring anywhere else: do it. This company and store has messed up repairs on my ring so many times, I'm about to lose count. From stones (major and small) falling off of my ring, to the company CONSTANTLY incorrectly "correcting" my ring. I had a birthstone for my deceased father-in-law placed on the band. It fell out and then they replaced it with the wrong stone and tried to convince me I was wrong at first (they put in a small diamond, his birth stone is amethyst). Now one of the main diamonds has come out and we gave it to them MONTHS ago for repair. They sent it to the wrong place, then the place didn't have the right equipment/piece (honestly can't remember, it's been so much). I was supposed to pick up my ring in February, then March, and my husband was called last week by a team member saying it won't be ready until MAY. For a singular main stone and (hopefully they won't forget) to replace my deceased father's birthstone. These people will give you the run-around and gaslight you. It'll be over 6 months without my wedding ring because of Kay's mistakes. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The moment your insured ring needs work, they will put on their customer service smiles and mislead you. The team member (I think it was the manager) called back to see if she can "pull some strings"" but we've been promised this before. That was last week and not have heard a peep since. But I am not surprised, just so so disappointed. My ring is stunning, but the run-around I've been getting, I will never recommend Kay. ANOTHER UPDATE 4/9/24: they got it wrong AGAIN!! Was so excited when they called for me to pick it up. My deceased father-in-laws birthstone I had placed is not there. And, in the months that they had my ring, my sons birthstone fell out. So now two stones missing after SEVEN MONTHS of repairs. So over this company. Do not buy from here. Save yourself the annoyance and the gaslighting.

I am sorry about the experience you have had with the stones coming out of your ring. We had to send it to our home office Design & Service Center to have the stones replaced, per your request. I was able to reach out to the Design & Service Center that handles your type of repairs and was able to get a rush on it so that you will be able to receive it back two months ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the Design & Service Center but we do hope to receive it back at the end of this month. You should have heard back from Sherri with our corporate office in response to your concerns. We look forward to you getting your ring back as soon as possible so you can continue to wear it and enjoy it for the rest of your lifetime.
