When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by a woman who asked how she could help me. She transitioned with me to the teller area, where a beautiful soul named Joyce helped me the rest of the way. Joyce was extremely professional, personable, kind-hearted, and very helpful with every single transaction. I am traveling from VA and I am making my way to another state. But if I lived in this area, I would definitely bank at this location, regularly.

The teller named Jean (Jill may be) is very rude to minorities with accent. I hope she gets replaced soon. Management is wonderful!

After no one answered the phone after several attempts. I went by to simply get a trust document notarized. I called from the parking lot to see what there protocol was because the door was locked again no answer. I just stood at the door until helped. I walked in to find 6 -7 people working in the bank. And the manager just sitting at her desk after not doing anything. They directed me over to the manager and she informed me that they cannot witness a signature and I would need to go to the UPS Store and pay to have them notarize it. For all the money I have in this bank and the 22+ years I have been a customer, I expected this basic service to be provided without a question. It's not like they don't notarize and witness everything they generate at the bank. Needless to say I will be looking for a new online banking service because to the complacency with Well Fargo. Any recommendations out there?
