        I'm someone who has been wear Karl Lagerfeld for about 15 years. Got very excited about he outlet store. The customer service has been nothing but great.

        Don't Close the store 15 minutes early. There is a reason the hours are posted for the customers.

        I wanted to claimed a 180$ handbag that was 5 months old and the seams broke at several places. I would have been happy with a repair too. But I was only told: "sorry, we are not Louis Vuitton. This store is only an outlet and accept an 30 days return." I didn't want it to return, I want to claimed it!!! That's not cool and absolutely not customer friendly.
