Another great transfer with this company. We have used other companies who also service the Aulani and we were left behind on one trip and another no call back even with a confirmation. On arrival we waited about 18 mins. The greeter advised that the airport rules doesnt allow shuttles to spot inside the airport. That was great on the communication on the greeter. Our driver was amazing and he advised us on the new Pearl Harbor option and the Waikele option which we might explore that option. I noticed peoples comments but everything stated on the website. Federal and State rules at the airport. How shuttles are loaded The time the shuttles leave the hotel Thank you again.

DO NOT USE. We arrived, bags in hand, personal greeter took our bags. Waited. Waited. Waited. 50 MINUTES for our shuttle. Two kids under 3. Called the dispatch. They didnt know we arrived?! Sure, you have 2 greeters with us and no one knew we arrived. Then wait again because theres an accident on the highway and they need to call dispatch for instructions. The response below provides false information. DO NOT USE them. I called at 2:05pm. We did not find the greeter UNTIL our bags were in hand. The shuttle did not arrive until AFTER 2:05pm.

I wish I could select zero stars. Booked my shuttle almost 2 months in advance, day before I call to confirm everything and they suddenly don't have my reservation AND tell me that the last pick up time is an hr before what is stated on their site. That they can't pick us up due to the time. Never received notice that my shuttle was canceled or that there was any issue with the time. Customer support was unhelpful and frankly pretty rude. I wouldn't trust this company with your vacation transportation. **In response to the message from the owner** As I mentioned on the call, I am unable to locate the confirmation hence the reason for the call in the first place. I have a clear memory of making the reservation, I did it directly through your website, not Disney, for an 8:30pm pickup including paying extra for the lei greeting. I viewed the confirmation and even had an excited conversation with my spouse immediately after doing so. .... SO To be clear, this was not a "last min late night booking" your team was unable to accommodate. It was a 8:30pm booking (which according to your site you pick up until 9pm) made months ago that "somehow" got lost in your system and now cannot be found. While I appreciate that people can make errors while booking or book at a different company without realizing (as you insinuate I did) this was not the case here.

Its been a few years since weve used this service personally (I recommend it often though for clients staying at Aulani) but my expectations were exceeded during this last trip. Employees can make or break a company and Hele Hele has some great ones! Ian (airport liaison to our driver) was truly excellent. Kind, friendly, and professional. We received a text when we landed with details and where to go. We were promptly escorted to our shuttle. We did have a small wait for the vehicle but thats because of the new airport vehicle rules and them not being able to wait in the new loading area. Our driver for our return trip, Leo, was again excellent! He was early for pick up and we were promptly off to the airport when heading home. He was extremely nice and down to earth. He made the ride to the airport very comfortable. Hele Hele is an excellent option for folks needing transportation to Aulani. Will continue to strongly recommend to my clients! Thanks you for making the transportation portion of our trip so easy!

Our family of 4 used Hele Hele transportation as part of the DVC ownership promotion. They were fantastic! At arrival I purchased the lei greeting. The person was waiting for us at the luggage pick up. It was a nice gesture after the long flight. To our surprise we were the only 4 in the van at pickup. We were in a "new" Mercedes Sprinter Van. However, at return to airport as we were still the only 4 people in the van we were in an older Mercedes Sprinter Van. We had two different drivers that fit each van. lol :0. Overall, I would spend the money for this service again. I think it was around $160
