        The bank staff are very friendly and efficient in their work. They treat each customer with respect and like family. They listen carefully to what the customer says and interprets their actions accordingly. I prefer to go into the bank rather than use the because of this.

        I signed in at 11:05 ots now 11:54 and still have not been helped. Worst customer service out of all the CPB's I have been to on the island. Not even busy. 2 employees got up and went to lunch. Only 1 helping with ATM cards. I want to go to LUNCH too! Horrible!
