CHUCKY STEVENS WAS AMAZING great help and assistance. I was very impatient and frustrated and he was calm and nice the whole time. While I was there he bought subway and Starbucks for his whole teamwith his own money. I am a business owner and I commented about his purchases with his own money and he said that he likes to make sure his team is happy. It was easy to see the peace inside of that place

I really hate giving a bad review about a business. This is not about trying to stop customers from doing business with them, I just wanted them to understand what it takes to improve on their performance. I've been with Verizon for almost 20 years because of their top of the line service compared to its competitors.  I come to this branch because it opens an hour later than the other locations around. I upgraded to a new phone, S23 Ultra. After transferring data from an old phone to the new one, I was unable to unplug it from the port of the phone. I didn't want to break anything, so I left it in the USB. Instead of giving me a replacement, the customer service rep gave me the run around to go to Samsung locations inside Best Buys. Neither of the Best Buy store has their rep there. I had to call Asurion, an independent repair shop that does businesses with Verizon.  They won't help you unless you have a claim from Verizon. I had to call Verizon company to start the process. Whatever happens to buyers' remorse? They instead blamed me that the cord stuck to the phone.  The phone is still working. Since it's less than 24 hours of purchase,  they should have given me a replacement phone rather than making spending my whole morning dealing with the headaches. It's a matter of paperwork. These reps don't own the company. Now I have to wait a few more days to get a replacement after talking on the phone with their reps in the mainland. I even have to pay sales taxes twice. They should put themselves in our shoes rather than just trying to save the company's money on one device. Losing a customer with five lines is a lot of money loss for Verizon.

Outstanding service from Solomon today. He helped me purchase and install a prepaid SIM card. Quick service and he even gave me the tool to pop out my SIM card holder.

I want to thank the manager Chucky and Giovani for the great service. They were both honest and very knowledgeable. I want to personally thank them for answering my questions and showing that they care about there jobs. I forgot to mention half the things I need they dont have.
