        went in on a Saturday to open a new account. JOY helped me from Pearlridge. I went in at 215 not knowing they closed at 3. But Joy was super fast and helpful that i wasnt in there longer than 30mintues. thank you for outstanding service.

        Super upset, went to take a car loan, they didn't tell u need a authorization letter to release a title from DMV.
