We come to the mall often and like to walk through TjMaxx for their baby section. I found a really cute 3 piece set for my toddler and when I went to check out the cashier took the hanger connecting the extra shirt apart and gave it to another lady. I asked her where they were going with it and she stated theres no tag so I told her yes thats bc its a 3 piece set with the one you took it apart from she went to ask for it back and the lady got all sassy saying its a 2 piece set and literally pulled apart the set counting it out loud ONE, TWO with attitude. So I told the cashier, it belongs together the sticker says it in the clothes and if they want I could get another one on the rack bc there were a few. So they had someone check and came with another set exactly the same with THREE pieces bc the lady who was the COORDINATOR named Jennifer made it seemed as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I didnt appreciate the way she approached my situation and the fact that I SEEN her have an attitude about it upset me most!!! So with that being said I will say my experience tonight was the WORST!!!! Customer service was so horrible bc of Jennifer! And if she is in management then what a POOR way to represent this store!!!
