Manakoa Gymnastics

My daughter loves going Manakoa Gymnastics! The coaches are extremely patient and take the time to work with every child in the class. Dont shy away from the small space as they plan activities thoughtfully to rotate kids through different stations. I dont live close by but definitely worth the drive and investment!

My husband I took the adult class for about a year and had a great time. We loved Coach Sarah. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and support made each class a safe space to try new things. We looked forward to class each week and felt that it was challenging but not too challenging where it was intimidating. Instructions were always clear and I liked that she had us watch, practice together, and on our own. What was really nice about the class was that each week wed work on a different event, so it was never the same class/ exercises.

All my daughter wanted to do when we moved back to the States was take gymnastics classes. We tried a few gyms in the area and she liked Manakoa best! She has learned so much and gained a lot of confidence. She loves going to her classes and really likes her coach.

Such a positive experience.we cant say enough about how fantastic Coach Cynthia and her team have been!!! My daughter has learned multiple skills and absolutely loves going to gymnastics every week. The coaches are patient and have a heart for working with children. Cant wait to continue to watch my daughter grow her gymnastics skills thanks to Manakoa Gymnastics!

Overcrowded small gym and they dont have any trial classes. So we had to pay for the whole month just to try it.
