Not taking any new clients, horrible customer service and be prepared to wait months with a moldy AC unit and jeopardize your own health because they are too short staffed! Please put on your website not taking new clients!

Inquired about a repair on a unit installed at my home that is under warranty through Rheem. Was offered a full unit install over $15,000. thanks for nothing its not just this Company but every contractor I have reached out to in Oahu. Guess no one knows how to repair appliances these days they prefer customers just throw money away for full on replacements.

I am so happy I found island comfort! My salesman was Zeke he is personable and professional. I like the quality of their personal they were punctual and always updated me with times. I also like that they can do a credit check instantly for buying the AC. I am grateful to have found this company. I highly recommended to anyone.

The team at Island Comfort is great. Jeff gave us a quote and Shayne and Fearen did the install. They all did a fabulous job and now we are enjoying the benefits of a/c. They were easy to work with, fast, and friendly. The next time we need to do further rooms I'm for sure calling Jeff again.
