        So far so good! They are located in between Straub and the former Toys R US. Lots of stalls in the parking structure. Multiple escrow companies are located in the same building but this one is the winner. Ironically they are on the same floor as my former pediatrician, 8th floor. One thing to note, make an appointment so a notary person is present. (Didn't mean to make that a pun haha) Other than the signing of papers, a quick walk in to drop off checks will suffice without an appointment. Luckily our broker has been a tremendous help along the way in setting this appointment up. All in all, we're Praying for the best outcome!
