If youre in search of financing a home, look no further because Shawn will make it happen and he is professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns, address any questions we had, and always kept us informed of the progress. We hit some bumps in the road with the sellers and had to make several last minute adjustments with pricing and credits, but sure enough Shawn was quick to work through those amendments despite it being the same week of signing! He gave us options to what would work best to our advantage with the buy down program and interest rate. This is the third property my husband and I have closed on and by far Shawn is the best loan officer we have worked with! Its been a pleasure working with him.

If you need a loan officer that is friendly and efficient, Shawn Tsutsumi is the best choice.
