Starting a second round of therapy for a different issue than the last. The staff here make you feel comfortable and are super friendly. It's hard to get in even with a referral, but the wait and taking what was available is worth the inconvenience. I've heard many good testimonies about the treatment here, and they really helped me the last time. This makes me feel hopeful and confident of the outcome this time and to continue to recommend StayFIT.

A few years ago, I needed physical therapy and wanted to stay closer to home here in Mililani. I was going to do the same again this time with my broken arm. But, the surgeon who fixed my arm told me about StayFIT Physical Therapy in Aiea. He said "I highly recommend the place." They are a bit out of the way for me but, what the heck. Why not give them a try. Well, Dr. Weldon was right. So, if you want truly professional help, you should consider StayFIT. They helped me get back to normal in a matter of weeks. I can swim now and feel great after each session. The best part is, they care. Each session brought more difficult exercises and that meant a lot toward total and speedy recovery.
