APN Alarm Company: Big Island, Maui, and Oahu

Go with APN Steve Van Ness about 34 years ago and get rip off! (His father same name) He put in an recycled system with out owner manual. Should have been 8 cameras got 4. I had to buy TV screen from COSTCO. I had problems one of his family member came to check it out the problems. He told me this is an old model system. Could not fix.

We've had APN alarm for 4-5 years. Durning first few years, service was great and we had no issues. Over the past year, we've noticed inconsistency with services including being double charged after the switched to a different billing platform. No compensation was done for this. Also, paid for an upgrade for or system and had multiple no show or follow up on installation. I feel if you want to protect your family, home and property, the company providing this service should be reliable. Any suggestions on another company for home security?

Isaiah was awesome!! I feel like he did a three man job in an amazing timeframe. Great job! Would definitely recommend to other people just because the hardest part (installation) was done super smoothly. The wires for the camera were hidden and out of sight.

Edit: changed back to 5 stars. Thank you for fixing what you have promised to do. It was a miscommunication. Had to erase the good comment about the installer and his knowledge, its been a year and the motion camera worked about 10% of the time, doorbell video camera, took a photo instead of video. Called and left numerous messages with customer service and manager returned 1 call out of 8. Service is horrid, Id stay far away from them and just go with Costco buy the set that records 24/7 and no need for subscription. Its too bad I cant leave a 0
