Customer service at its worst. The lady with a curly hair has a negative attitude. Her first statement was I cant help, close the door, what do you need? before I even had an opportunity to ask her a question. Smh

So I decided to wait a few days after my visit before I wrote my review. Well my anger and disappointment have not dissipated. The person I worked with had no customer service bedside manner, and was very much a very grouchy and unpleasant person. There was something not fille do it on my paper, and the vitriolic way she said this is not filled out, was very nasty and so unnecessary. I was quite surprised, because I have seen and heard how nice the emergency leave person is from SATO, so this was quite a surprise. Just be warned when going in, dont expect and warm office.
