Jasmines cuisine is like an opera of top notch ingredients sourced at the farm and fisherman. She has a Michelin level knack of seasoning, cooking just right a wonderful mix of fish, meat, fish, vegetables and desserts. Her sauces are light and very umami, with a secret twist. Jasmine is a wonderful person that teaches people that one can eat very healthy in a very tasteful way. No sacrifices. Highly recommend and hope we meet again.

Jasmine is an exceptionally skilled and captivating chef who exceeded our expectations. Jasmine curated extraordinary dinner menus for a group of 17 friends over the course of 10 days. She displayed unparalleled creativity and meticulous attention to detail. Utilizing the finest local ingredients, she consistently delivered dishes that could rival those found in Michelin-starred restaurants. Beyond her culinary prowess, Jasmine's warm personality made every interaction a pleasure. She has a great sense of humor and a genuine passion for crafting culinary delights. Of the many decisions we made in planning our wedding, choosing Jasmine and Heartbeat Catering to cater our brunch wedding was one of the best! Heartbeets vegetarian/vegan-friendly food selections were fantastic, and Jasmine was a sincere pleasure to work with in the run-up to the wedding. The only difficulty we had was in deciding which of the many tantalizing menu options she offered, and the excellent presentation of the food had our wedding guests asking for Jasmines contact info. Thank you so much, Jasmine! We could not have asked for a better catering service!

You will not regret using Heartbeeting for your catering needs. The service and food is absolutely beyond expectation. Jasmine and her team catered our wedding for 90 people. I wanted to serve local, fresh, yummy food that highlighted the unique flavors of the Hawaii. Similar to her familys cafe in Hilo, Jasmine curated a menu thats was fresh, high quality and innovative. Working with Jasmine to plan was just lovely. She provided thoughtful suggestions and it was obvious that she was passionate about delivering delicious food. Jasmine was incredibly flexible with our needs and totally reasonable with our requests. She made the process fun and exciting. The food was DELICIOUS. We did a buffet style with pass appetizers. Dry, tough meat?? Nope. Icky boring fish? Nope!!! I couldnt believe how perfect it all was for such a large group of people. It was beautifully presented too! Many of our guest told us it was the best wedding food theyve ever had. Bonus: we had a few people with dietary restrictions and she catered to that with ease. The Heartbeet team who provided service that day were exceptional. They were professional, warm and just good people. A++ service.
