        sent it in twice said $300+ and it was still broken i had to fix it myself

        Replaced my notebook keyboard (the first time) in 2 days, including, after consulting with me, replacing my rather old hard drive. When I had another keyboard failure she got it replaced on warranty and while it took longer to get here (out of her control, it got shipped USPS), didn't charge me a penny.

      I’m sorry who is this? What was the device? If you are the one with the galaxy s20 ultra, you know you came to me with lines on your screen and I gave you a quote, which you accepted. I fixed the lines on the screen and did not log on as I did not have your password. When you called and said you could not logon I told you I would help you further but you never gave me the chance, you never came back. And most of the $300 was for the part, not my labor.
