Awesome and Excellent Customer service from the beginning of purchase, working with Sean Okamoto, friendly and service of Aloha. The Installers JR, JOHN, CHRIS A., super job, friendly with lots of Aloha. Made sure everything was completed as requested. Our Priest here at Scared Heart Church, Waianae was totally impressed and pleased with the outcome and with their performance. We have other projects coming up and bet we'll be calling American Floor & Home again. Can't beat the service... !! Blessings, with a grateful heart to Staff. Great Appreciated.

Excellent installation of our beautiful new flooring by Aris and crew! They moved furniture and back and when challenges came up Aris always had great solutions. They made us feel safe by wearing their masks and always kept us informed throughout the project. We are beyond happy with the job they did. Also a shout out to Evan our sales person who helped us pick out our flooring which wasn't even on our radar - excellent choice, we love it!

Excellent sales experience. I made a next day appointment through their website chat. The showroom was easy to find with lots of parking. I was greeted by happy, smiling receptionists who made me feel welcome. The showroom was beautiful and organized with a bathroom for customers! Evan Ishiara met me promptly. After a brief explanation of my needs and budget, Evan quickly pulled out some samples of carpet and carpet pads. He obviously knew his products. I made my selection and we concluded the sale. Evan then took the time to show me the kitchen design center and talk a bit more about the company. The icing on the cake that really delighted me? I received a free Breast Cancer mat!
It is rare to encounter a business where employees are genuinely happy to be there. It translates to awesome customer service.
American Floor and Home has the right formula...locally owned, employee/owners who take pride in their work, quality products. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.
