        OMG! If theres a true definition of NO SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM PROVIDED HERE, its here at this location. They absolutely go out of their way to make sure you jump through hoops to try to get any service, besides the withdrawing and depositing thats basic. Now I totally understand why they have a 3.1 and the Kailua location has a 4.6 rating.

        Just opened an account, pain-free. The staff was super friendly and they're open later than every local bank on island and have Saturday hours.
