Hawaii Dental Clinic - Downtown Honolulu

I can't even begin to describe the level of dysfunction that exists in this dental clinic. Between the processing of my insurance and holding my records until I paid a surprise bill OVER A YEAR after my last appointment that NO ONE contacted me about. I can't believe this place is open with how they are operating. I will never go back. It has been an incredibly stressful experience.

I really appreciate what they do like when you make appointment always call you like you leave a message they call and ask what days you come and time I have a problem one of my tooth and they did Extraction there is a Crack my tooth Ive known Dr. Roger Wong since 1990 he is Good Doctor he is gentle,and soft hand .

Great experience. An annual cleaning that seemed to only clean the lower teeth. Usually a cleaning get top and bottom ? Anyway the staff was super nice and wasn't interested it up-selling and pushing treatments and services. I need a couple filling repairs and instead of offering only the high end services they offered all options.
